Float

'Float' is a multi layered original monotype from a variable edition made at Curwen Print Study Centre. the nets are taken from a vintage prom dress' underskirt, which has been danced under a full moon.

Playful, elegant orange, yellow and flourescent pink net shapes overlapping suggesting forms, clouds, explosions, hummingbirds!
This is part of a series called Net Worth exploring texture and colour. A stylish way to introduce colour and abstraction into your space.
