Original Mermaid Monoprint in oceanic greens and indigo and lots of wavy texture from the wet paint.
It's impossible to predict or recreate monoprints using wet paint - the image is entirely unique with a Rorschach ink blot quality. It's such a joy to see how they turn out when the paper is pulled away from the glass plate.
Acrylic paint on 200 gsm Lining Paper.
Dimensions: 60x 80 cm (I'd suggest you crop the image square to 60 cm as shown)
